The articles are shipped FOB, from Valencia Spain. Wpegasus.com is not responsible for any delays related to the shipping. 

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 5pm (Madrid time), will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the same day, except on weekends and holidays, in this case the article will be shipped the next working day. Those orders received after 5pm, will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the next day. On despatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day.

When ordering goods from Wpegasus.com for delivery in some countries you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be born by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

In order to track the shipping you should login into your account and get the tracking number, with this number you go to the shipping company web page to see the situation of your shipping.

 Must of the time we will use Correos España as shipping company, whether you want us to use another way or shipping company, please contact us.

Before returning any item to Wpegasus.com, you must obtain prior authorization from us.  Items may not be returned without first obtaining authorization from Wpegasus.com. You may request authorization by sending an email or call us as follows:

Custom items, due to its nature may not be returned for any reason, except if a mistake on our part.

Items whose description is marked "On sale" and all items discounted 75% or more are considered final sale, and may not be returned for any reason.

The shipping and other fees related to the return or replacement will be payed by the buyer, except  if a mistake on our part.

Wpegasus.com will not accept any return or replacement after 7 days counted from the reception of the product.

The money will be returned within the 30 days after receiving your item(s).

All products supplied should be washed or cleaned strictly in accordance with the washing instructions provided on the garment label. The Company will accept no responsibility if instructions are not followed precisely.

While every effort is made to ensure consistency of colour and shades, variation may occur from one dye batch to another and the Company will accept no responsibility for such variation. Goods should be checked upon receipt. Worn, printed, embroidered or otherwise processed goods cannot be returned.

In order to use the Site to purchase articles, you must set up a Wpegasus.com account.

An order confirmation e-mail is sent as to our customers when an order is placed. We do our best to insure that these emails are accurate. From time to time, due to human and computer error, these emails contain incorrect information. Please contact support immediately upon receiving an e-mail confirmation with questionable information. If incorrect information has been entered by you at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for mis-shipped items, or delayed orders. Discount codes may be used only once per customer unless otherwise noted, and expire 90 days after issuance unless otherwise noted.

Discount codes and special offers may not be combined, unless otherwise noted. We try our best to keep the website working correctly, however acceptance of any discount code by our website does not automatically mean we are obliged to honor that discount.

Credit card information is not collected or stored by wpegasus.com it means this information is being manage by the provider of the way of payment as: Paypal or any other, you can see the provider when choosing the way of payment.
